Win a First Aid Kit

This competition is organised by Insinc Products Ltd, a New Zealand registered business based in North Shore, Auckland (“Organiser”).

2. Competition Period

• Entries open on Thursday 25 September 2025 at 12:00am and close on Friday 31 October 2025 at 11:59pm (“Competition Closing Date”).
• Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Insinc Products Ltd, its related companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, complete the competition entry form on the Insinc Products website with your full name and email address during the Competition Period.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

• There is one First Aid Kit (1–6 Person, 85pc Fabric Case with Handle – Esko) to be won (“Prize”).
• The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the specified Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Insinc Products Ltd reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on or about Monday 3 November 2025.
• The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within ten (10) working days of notification, the Prize may be forfeited, and Insinc Products Ltd reserves the right to draw another winner.

7. Publicity & Use of Entry Information

• By entering, Entrants agree that Insinc Products Ltd may use their name and location for competition publicity purposes, including announcing the winner on our website, email newsletters, or social media.
• Personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of running this competition and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and Insinc Products Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

• Insinc Products Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or from acceptance and use of the Prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Insinc Products Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or who acts in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes & Cancellation

• Insinc Products Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
• If the competition is cancelled, the Organiser may, at its discretion, still award the Prize in a fair and reasonable manner.

10. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
